Workshop Operative

Do you enjoy working with your hands and building things from the ground up? We’re seeking a motivated Workshop Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Norwich. This hire is driven by exciting business growth plans. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the production process, assembling, constructing, and finishing specialist products using both hand and power tools. You’ll also carry out precision soldering and intricate wiring, working accurately from engineering drawings and schematics. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail, quality, and teamwork are key to success.
