What We Offer ✅ Full training provided✅ Long-term, stable employment✅ Career progression and machine operator training for the right candidates✅ Friendly and supportive team environment✅ Immediate start available Working Hours Full-Time • Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm • Alternate Saturdays: 7:00am – 1:00pm Part-Time • Flexible hours available (to be discussed) Your Role • Sorting recyclable materials and waste in our transfer station • Working on the recycling picking line • General yard duties • Keeping the site clean, safe, and organised • Following health and safety procedures at all times We’re Looking For Someone Who Is ✔ Hardworking and physically fit✔ Reliable and punctual – reliability is essential✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team✔ Keen to learn and develop new skills✔ Able to read, write, and communicate confidently in English to understand health and safety instructions✔ Has their own transport and can get to work on time every day Previous experience operating plant or machinery (loading shovel, telehandler, excavator, forklift, etc.) is an advantage but not essential.
