Yardsperson & Labourer Location: Weston-super-Mare Rate: Competitive Start: Immediate We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Yardsperson & Labourer to keep our depot running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. If you enjoy practical work, like staying organised, and want to be part of a busy, supportive team, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do • Keep the yard organised and safe - maintain tidy work areas and follow all health & safety procedures • Prepare machinery for hire - clean, valet, and check equipment so it's ready for customers • Move, load and unload plant - safely position machinery and attachments around the depot • Support depot operations - handle basic paperwork and assist the Depot Manager with day-to-day tasks What You Bring • Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset • Confidence working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment • Clear communication and a team-focused attitude • Ability to work independently when needed • Safe operation of plant machinery • Essential: Right to work in the UK & full driving licence --- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
