As the Year 1 Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in building strong foundations for children's future learning, delivering creative and engaging lessons that support progress in phonics, reading and writing. The successful candidate will: • Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1. • Have a strong understanding of the Year 1 curriculum, including phonics and early literacy. • Deliver engaging, creative and well-structured lessons that inspire children to achieve. • Demonstrate excellent classroom management and high expectations for behaviour and learning. • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues. • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and dedicated staff team. • Be committed to helping every child reach their full academic, social and emotional potential.
