Year 1 Teacher - Primary School in Chelmsford (September Start) Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 1 Teacher looking for your next opportunity? We are excited to invite applications for a full-time Year 1 position at our vibrant primary school in Chelmsford, starting in September. This Primary School is a 1 form entry school based in Chelmsford, close to the train station and parking available as well. It's a lovely class of children, there is 1 SEN child on a reduced timetable and two experienced SEN TA's in this class to support the Teacher. Position: Year 1 Teacher Location: Chelmsford Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-time Salary: Paid using Teacher Main Pay Scales As a Year 1 Teacher at our school, you will play a key role in providing a positive and stimulating learning environment for our youngest learners. You will support children's development, both academically and socially, while fostering a love for learning. You will work closely with a dedicated team of staff to deliver an engaging curriculum, ensuring each child reaches their full potential. What we are looking for: • A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). • Passionate about working with young children and helping them flourish. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
