Job Responsibilities • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that meet the needs of all Year 2 pupils. • Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to maximise achievement. • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes excellent behaviour and learning. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders to deliver a high-quality curriculum. • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupils' academic and personal development. • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and school events.
