The successful candidate will be able to establish clear expectations, build positive relationships and deliver engaging lessons that support progress for all learners. The successful candidate will: • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge across core subjects • Confidently manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment • Build positive and professional relationships with parents and carers • Maintain high expectations for both behaviour and academic achievement The school welcomes applications from experienced teachers across the M3 to M6 pay scale.
