Year 2 Teacher - Islington - Primary School - September Start - Full Time - Permanent - £40,317-£52,300 per annum (dependent on experience) • Year 2 Teacher required in Islington • Year 2 Teacher required for a September start • Year 2 Teacher required to lead and teach a Year 2 class of 27 children • QTS and previous KS1 teaching experience is essential Are you an enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher looking for a new opportunity? Do you have a passion for delivering engaging lessons that help children develop and flourish? Do you hold a recognised QTS qualification? If the answer is yes to all the above, then this Year 2 Teacher role is for you!! The Role - Year 2 Teacher As a Year 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for a class of 26 pupils, planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons that follow the KS1 national curriculum. You will assess progress, adapt teaching to meet individual needs and provide a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child is encouraged and supported to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills, previous KS1 teaching experience and a recognised QTS qualification. The School - Year 2 Teacher This lovely primary school in Islington educates children aged 3-11 and is conveniently only a 6 minute walk from the nearest train station.
