Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a welcoming primary school in Wellingborough that is seeking a dedicated Year 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. The Ideal Candidate • Previous experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within Key Stage 1. • A positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential. • Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
