The Role - Year 5 Teacher As a Year 5 Teacher, you will take full responsibility for a class of 29 pupils, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that meet the requirements of the National Curriculum. You will use assessment effectively to track attainment, adapt learning to suit individual needs, and create a positive classroom culture where every child feels valued. The successful candidate will have strong behaviour management, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to raising achievement across KS2. QTS and previous KS2 teaching experience are essential.
