The role will include working alongside the Key Stage 2 Teaching team in Year 6 to provide small group interventions, individual 121 support and whole class support. The successful candidates will hold either a Level 3 childcare qualification or a Degree and have at least 6 months experience working in a Primary school setting. You will need to have excellent numeracy and literacy skills and be able to communicate clearly & confidently with children, staff, parents and carers. This Primary school is a brilliant place to work where best practice is shared and everyone works together to provide an outstanding education for their children. You will be working within a positive, happy team of experienced teachers. This role has come available due to extra funding being allocated to the school to help raise attainment in Maths and English.
