Do you have experience working with children with complex needs? Can you travel to Islington daily? If the answer is yes to all the above, then this 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant role for you!! The Role - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide individual support for a Year 5 pupil with SEMH, helping them access learning and encourage positive behaviour during the school day. Working alongside the class teacher and SENCO, you will deliver tailored interventions and adapt learning activities to meet the pupil's individual needs. The ideal candidate will be caring, patient and understanding, whilst having previous experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school setting. The School - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Located in Islington, this inclusive primary school is within 5 minutes walking distance from the nearest train station. The school educates pupils aged 3-11 and is committed to providing a nurturing and motivating environment where every child feels valued and supported.
