3.5 Tonne Driver – Crick, Northamptonshire People Solutions are currently recruiting for a 3.5 Tonne Driver – Crick, Northamptonshire to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine potential for progression. This role would suit candidates with experience as a 3.5 Tonne Driver, Van Driver, Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, or Courier Driver. Shifts • Monday to Friday • Start time: 06:00 Rates of Pay • £13.42 per hour Benefits As a 3.5 Tonne Driver, you will receive: • Ongoing work • Weekly pay • Training provided • Immediate starts • Employee well-being programme Day-to-Day Duties As a 3.5 Tonne Driver, your duties will include: • Carrying out multi-drop deliveries (20–25 drops per day) • Loading and unloading boxes and packages • Ensuring all loads are safe and secure • Completing vehicle inspections and reporting faults • Operating a 3.5 tonne van safely and efficiently • Maintaining accurate delivery records and paperwork • Communicating effectively with staff at delivery locations Essential Skills To be successful as a 3.5 Tonne Driver, you will need: • Previous multi-drop experience (preferred) • A valid UK Category B Driving Licence held for at least two years (some penalty points considered) • Strong knowledge of vehicle operation and driving regulations • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to identify and report vehicle safety issues • Good understanding of road networks and navigational tools • Ability to work to tight deadlines and use your own initiative Desirable Experience • Experience driving commercial vehicles Training Provided • Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment Apply If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team to find out more.
