Account Manager (French Speaker)
Location: Richmond, Surrey
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
Hours: 9-5 with 4pm finish Fridays
Salary: £60k-£80k plus OTE of £30-40k plus excellent benefits
My client, and award winning company specialising in a niche SaaS market in Patent solutions, is seeking a new Account Manager due to being in a high growth stage and looking to enhance their team with a motivated and professional Account Manager. This role is crucial for maintaining and expanding their client relationships, ensuring the continued success in our sales and customer service efforts.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Generate sales among existing and new client accounts globally, including upselling and cross-selling.
• Serve as the primary and responsive point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients in person and on the phone
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts, ensuring consistent service across the organisation.
• Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
• Communicate client needs and demands to the IT and Support teams.
• Forecast and track client account metrics, identifying trends or concerns.
• Manage projects within client relationships to meet company goals.
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients through a consultative approach
• Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
• Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain records of client contracts, documentation, and all communications within HubSpot.
• Travel to client locations for business meetings, conferences, and trade events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Degree level education or equivalent.
• Fluent French
• Must have experience in a SaaS role; Intellectual Property/Patent Solutions/Trademark solutions?
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Ability to travel to conferences and client locations in the UK and overseas, including travel outside work hours and at weekends.
