Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of accounts and advisory clients from start to finish • Review accounts prepared by junior staff and provide constructive feedback • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor • Support the development and mentoring of junior team members • Assist partners with business development and identifying advisory opportunities Requirements • ACA/ACCA qualified with relevant post-qualification experience • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment • Strong technical accounts preparation and review skills • Excellent communication and client-facing skills • Proven ability to manage and prioritise a varied client portfolio
