Accounts Manager Taunton £55,000 - £65,000 Clark Wood is currently working with a well-established independent firm of Chartered Accountants that is looking to recruit an experienced Manager / Senior Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience) accountant with a strong background in practice who is looking to take on a varied role with genuine scope for progression. The successful candidate will work with a broad portfolio of clients, predominantly within the agricultural and construction sectors, undertaking a mix of accounts preparation, tax compliance, audit and advisory work. The role also offers exposure to succession planning and probate work, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience. The successful candidate should have a minimum of five years' experience within an accountancy practice and be confident managing client relationships while delivering a high standard of technical work. Previous experience within the agricultural sector would be advantageous, although candidates with a solid practice background and an interest in working with rural businesses are also encouraged to apply.
