Accounts Receivable Team LeadWinnersh ID Pay Class Full Time Recruiter Hayley Overton What's the role about?Accounts Receivable Team Lead Fixed Term Contract (FTC) Salary: £40,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week Location: Winnersh (RG41 5TP) (Hybrid) What You'll Be Doing • 3rd party invoicing process standardization • IC process standardization • Onboarding new customers, credit controls • Supporting the team with raising sales invoices and creating project codes to streamline operations • Reconciling customer accounts • Assisting with month-end activities for the shared service team • Assume full ownership of the entire debtor's ledger, control of accrued and deferred income • FX revaluations • Intercompany and BS reconciliation • Implement a structured dunning letter process to enhance collections and maintain effective communication with debtors, ensuring alignment with the debt collector • Control of the accrued income • Managing day-to-day cash and preparation of short-term cash flow • Good understanding of double entries • Reporting on operational KPI • Managing the accounts mailbox and phone line • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other financial systems What You Will Bring • AAT Level 4 • Experience in sales ledger management and credit control • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs • Adaptive communication skills to suit different audiences • Strong time management and prioritisation skills • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines What We'll Offer You • Competitive salary + annual company bonus • 24 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing 1 day per year up to 29 days) • Benefits include: Pension (4%), Medicash, Life Assurance, Electric Vehicle Scheme, GymFlex, WeCare ERP, Perkbox, Taste Card. • Ongoing support to enable you to fulfil your role to the best of your potential. • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. • Career growth and development opportunities. • Supportive and inclusive company culture.
