Graduate Accountancy Customer Support Consultant Location: Wokingham Salary: Up to £24,800 Looking to kick-start your career after graduating? This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Accounting, Accountancy or Finance graduate who enjoys working with people and wants to combine their technical knowledge with technology and customer support. You'll be joining a fast-growing fintech software company where you'll use your accounting knowledge to support customers using specialist accounting software. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to build a long-term career in fintech, software or accountancy support while continuing to develop their technical skills. What you'll be doing • Providing second-line support to customers via phone and email. • Helping customers get the most from the company's accounting software. • Becoming a product expert and sharing your knowledge with colleagues. • Creating and updating FAQs, user guides and support documentation. • Supporting the development of customer training materials. • Assisting with software testing and identifying product improvements. • Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. About you • Degree in Accountancy or a related subject. • At least 6 months' customer service experience. • Good understanding of UK tax, financial statements and double-entry bookkeeping. • An interest in technology and accounting software. • Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner. • Organised, analytical and eager to learn.
