• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate a range of complex or sensitive information effectively with staff, service users and stakeholders for example face-to-face, via telephone and email • Exercise confidentiality; be sympathetic and sensitive to the requirements of staff, service users and stakeholders when communicating by telephone or face to face, including dealing with a difficult situation, e.g. aggressive or demanding behaviour. • Provide effective problem solving both face to face and via telephone • Negotiate effectively • Communicate work procedures, motivating staff to achieve objectives • Attend admin team / departmental meetings on a regular basis and contribute to building effective teamwork in exchanging views and ideas and communicating effectively.
