You will: - be supporting delivery of a consistent and effective administration/clerical service, demonstrating time management and prioritisation skills. - need a comprehensive understanding of hospital patient systems (Trak, E-Referral, Infoflex) or a high level of knowledge and skills of non-healthcare administration systems. - demonstrate previous admin & clerical experience - book patient appointments efficiently, in line with guidelines to optimise clinics - type clinic letters via digital dictation - work flexibly to ensure that administration work is performed to a high standard and in line with changing priorities - enable effective records management - have good communication skills and be able to liaise effectively and efficiently with patients and Healthcare workers Informal enquiries are very welcome Additional Contact Details Georgia Hale, Senior Admin Assistant or Amicia Webster, Senior Admin Assistant .
