MiS Temp • Hourly Rate: £110 (PAYE)-£138 (umbrella) • Location: East London • Job Type: Temporary (4 days a week) We are seeking two MiS Temps to join a college in East London for a temporary assignment. The roles are available from Tuesday 4th August to Friday 25th September, with one position extending until Friday 30th October. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to the educational sector in a significant way. Day-to-day of the role: • Manage and maintain the MiS (Management Information Systems) effectively. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system. • Provide support and training to staff on how to use the MiS. • Generate reports and insights from the MiS to support decision-making processes. • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the MiS meets the college's informational and operational needs. • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the MiS. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in managing and maintaining Management Information Systems. • Strong technical proficiency, particularly in database management and reporting tools. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to train and support staff in MiS usage. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
