Administrative Coordinator • Location: Basingstoke • Salary: £13.00 per hour • Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (Approx. 8 weeks) • Immediate Start Available We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join a busy team in Basingstoke on a temporary basis. This role is essential for providing support during a period of staff absence. It offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our services, ensuring a positive impact on the community we support. Day-to-day of the role: • Provide administrative support to the Service Manager and the wider team. • Attend meetings and one-to-one sessions to take accurate minutes and notes. • Maintain records and support general office administration. • Assist with the coordination of daily activities and team requirements. • Run errands and support with practical tasks for clients, including collecting essential items such as food, clothing, or sleeping bags. • Act as a flexible support resource across the service as needs arise. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and use initiative. • A flexible and positive approach to supporting a busy team. • Confidence working within a client-focused environment. • A valid DBS certificate issued within the last 12 months is preferred. • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred.
