Program Administrator/Coordinator
Location: Liverpool, UK
Hours: PT – 20 hours (5 day/week)
Job Summary: The Program Administrator/Coordinator will professionally and accurately represent Yoh at Yoh client sites who maintains and further develops the relationship with clients and on-site contractors. Serves as the first line of communication, service, support, and conflict resolution to our on-site contractors and facilitates issues/concerns for our clients.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Works on-site with contract staff, serves as the first line of communication for contractor issues including educating contractors on Yoh/Client policies and procedures, research issues regarding contractor pay, benefits, and time entry and escalates to supporting internal team as necessary.
• Prepare all onboarding documents and communicate changes to Internal support team. Coordinates the onboarding process with all parties.
• Prepares and facilitates extension and off-boarding paperwork requirements, partnering with the Program Manager and internal support teams
• Will work within the VMS technology system to manage the customer and contractor data, including providing reports to the client & Program Manager.
• Will assist with payroll and timekeeping activities, following up on approvals, timecard discussions/adjustments, Holiday, sick time, etc. & processing Miscellaneous billings as requested.
• May be required to facilitate and manage various auditing & administrative activities
• Assists the Program Manager with projects and requests as necessary.
Minimum Education:
• Required bachelor’s degree
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• HR and Business acumen
• Knowledge of the recruiting industry and experience working in the recruiting industry
• Proficient with the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of/experience with client's industry
• VMS Technology Experience a + (Beeline)
