You will be joining the Evening element of one of our dynamic and supportive Neighbourhood Teams to provide a 24-hour admission avoidance service to the population of Worcestershire which encompasses both urban and rural areas. We are looking for candidates with good communication skills, a flexible approach and enthusiasm to work within the team. You should be a committed, highly motivated and forward-thinking individual who is a good team player. The successful candidate will also assist the team to develop and achieve team and organizational objectives. They will also participate in staff meetings and training & development activities as necessary to ensure their skills and knowledge are up to date.
