Job description

• London • £28,000 – £35,000, depending on experience We are working exclusively with a creative, consumer brand that supplies its products into thousands of well-known retailers in the UK and internationally. They’re a fun, growing team and are on the lookout for an Administrator, with a can-do attitude and a friendly approach. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with good administration experience who is keen to work within a creative business and be part of a collaborative, fast-paced company. You’ll play a key part in supporting the sales team and the wider company, helping the function run smoothly and efficiently. To love this job you’ll be proactive, organised, and adaptable - someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and brings high energy and positivity to everything they do. Responsibilities will include: • Responding to emails and enquiries from both public and trade customers • Processing trade sales orders (training given) • Keeping customers updated on the progress of their orders • Sending samples out to prospective customers • Monitoring and managing stock levels • Maintaining and updating customer records on the CRM system • Assisting trade show and event organisation as required • Attending events on behalf of the company • Generally helping the team run smoothly Skills & Experience required: • A friendly, positive personality, with excellent social and organisational skills • Be bright, proactive, a fast learner, and able to use your initiative • Some previous administration experience • A good level of computer literacy • A great communicator and good listener • Enthusiasm for your work and a flexible attitude • Able to prioritise and effectively manage your own workload • A true team player who wants to work and progress in this fun, dynamic team!
