Administrator - ME, CFS & Long COVID Service

We are an organisation whose purpose is to support Primary Care across Suffolk through collaborative working and the delivery of high-quality NHS community services. Our ME/CFS & Long COVID Service provides specialist assessment, support and advice for patients living with complex long-term conditions, working alongside primary, secondary and community care partners across Suffolk and North East Essex. We are looking for someone who: • Enjoys working as part of a supportive team. • Is organised, adaptable and able to prioritise competing demands. • Has excellent communication and customer service skills. • Has good IT skills and is confident using Microsoft Office applications. • Pays close attention to detail and maintains accurate records. • Remains calm and professional when working under pressure. • Is committed to providing an excellent experience for patients and colleagues.
