Reed in Teesside are working with a Teesside based client who are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of their dynamic business. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks including client communications, project coordination, and general office duties, ensuring efficient business operations.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Answer incoming telephone calls and handle enquiries professionally.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, directing enquiries as needed.
• Assist with the onboarding of new clients and maintain updated client records.
• Manage inboxes, direct enquiries appropriately, and respond to client queries with updates.
• Support project administration and track ongoing work progress.
• Liaise with internal team members to ensure effective communication.
• Schedule meetings, maintain diaries, and manage social media content scheduling.
• Update website content and perform other digital administrative tasks as needed.
• Support the Company Director with daily administrative tasks.
• Handle invoicing, manage invoice records, and track payments.
• Improve internal processes and provide general administrative support across the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Professional telephone manner and strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in administrative roles, CRM, and social media platforms is desirable.
