Administrator / Personal Assistant (PA) Location: Swindon Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Responsive Personnel are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and professional Administrator / Personal Assistant for one of our clients, to become the backbone of their busy office. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, keeping everything running smoothly, and isn't afraid to use their initiative. Key Responsibilities • Managing the day-to-day running of the office • Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries professionally • Booking appointments and managing diaries • Processing invoices and general administration • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks • Attending exhibitions and trade shows throughout the year • Ensuring the office is organised and operating efficiently What We're Looking For • Previous administration or PA experience • Excellent organisational and time management skills • A proactive, can-do attitude • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office • Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently • Full UK driving licence • Willingness to travel to exhibitions and events when required What We Offer • Monday to Friday working hours (9:00am – 5:00pm) • Friendly and supportive working environment • Varied and rewarding role with responsibility • Opportunity to attend industry events and exhibitions
