• Experience within a similar administration or office support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
• Proactive, team-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational capabilities.
