Job description

Office Administrator (Part-Time, 3 Days/Week) Location: Wimbledon Salary: £25,000–£30,000 pro rata An established organisation in Wimbledon is looking for a proactive and well-organised Office Administrator to support daily operations across administration, logistics, finance, marketing, compliance and NHS tender activity. This varied role suits someone confident managing multiple tasks and communicating professionally with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities • Administration: Manage emails, calls, office cover, and general admin tasks. • Operations & Logistics: Prepare and dispatch product samples; book import/export shipments; manage office supplies. • Marketing & Social Value: Support marketing tasks and social value initiatives. • Finance: Process entries in QuickBooks, assist with finance admin, and chase outstanding invoices. • Tenders & Compliance: Support preparation of tender documents (including NHS) and maintain compliance records. • Monthly/Annual Tasks: Update Valpak and tracking spreadsheets, maintain sustainability/compliance data, complete MSAT and Evergreen assessments, support post-market surveillance, and assist with the Ethical Trading Report. Skills & Experience Essential: • Strong organisation and admin skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Desirable: • Experience with tenders, compliance, marketing support • QuickBooks or similar finance software
