Aftersales Manager – Automotive • Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Benefits • Location: Stoke • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm Aftersales Manager – Automotive We are currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a well-established and growing automotive business. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and customer-focused professional to take ownership of the aftersales function, ensuring exceptional service delivery whilst maximising departmental performance and profitability. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within an Aftersales Manager, Service Manager, Workshop Manager, or Automotive Service Management position and possess a strong understanding of dealership or automotive aftersales operations. Key Responsibilities • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Service and Aftersales department. • Lead, motivate, and develop the service team to achieve performance targets. • Ensure exceptional customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction. • Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability. • Manage service bookings, workflow planning, and resource allocation. • Maintain compliance with manufacturer and company standards. • Analyse departmental KPIs and implement continuous improvements. • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively. Requirements • Previous experience as an Aftersales Manager, Service Manager, Workshop Manager, or similar automotive leadership role. • Strong knowledge of automotive service operations and aftersales processes. • Excellent leadership and people management skills. • Commercially aware with the ability to drive revenue and profitability. • Strong organisational and communication skills. • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
