Aftersales Operations & Fleet Support Specialist North of England / Scotland (Hybrid / Regional Travel) £40,000–£50,000 + Bonus + Benefits The Opportunity An expanding international automotive organisation is looking to strengthen its aftersales function with the appointment of an Aftersales Operations & Fleet Support Specialist. Supporting a growing regional network, this role offers strong visibility across leadership and the opportunity to directly influence performance, reporting, and operational standards. The Role You will act as a key support function across aftersales and fleet operations, helping drive performance, improve processes, and ensure consistency across multiple sites and partners. This role combines data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and operational coordination. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and analyse aftersales and fleet KPIs, including customer satisfaction, warranty performance, service revenue, and parts sales • Maintain reporting dashboards and ensure accuracy of operational data • Produce regular performance reports to support decision-making • Coordinate regional and national aftersales meetings, including agendas, actions, and follow-ups • Provide analytical and administrative support to senior leadership • Identify inefficiencies and contribute to operational improvement initiatives • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain strong service standards About You (Essential Criteria) • Minimum 3 years’ experience within automotive aftersales, fleet operations, or a data-driven automotive role • Strong understanding of aftersales KPIs and performance metrics • Advanced Excel skills, with experience in reporting and data analysis (Power BI advantageous) • Proven ability to work with large data sets and deliver clear insights • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Applications without relevant automotive aftersales or fleet experience will not be considered.
