You'll design, develop and deliver production-ready applications, champion engineering best practices, and work with cutting-edge Microsoft AI technologies, including Copilot Studio. Join a team delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and AI Builder. Working alongside solution architects, business analysts and clients, you'll design and build secure, scalable applications that solve real business challenges while creating intuitive user experiences. You'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from designing data models and integrations to implementing best-practice security, testing and deployment. This is a role where you'll have the opportunity to influence technical solutions, collaborate with experienced consultants and continuously improve the way organisations use Microsoft's low-code platform. This consultancy is investing heavily in the future of AI, giving you the opportunity to upskill in next-generation technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder and Azure AI. We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in: • Hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience. • Strong Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) expertise. • Power Automate development experience. • Dataverse data modelling and security. • AI end-to-end Builder experience. • Power Platform ALM and deployments. • Integration using standard, premium and custom connectors. • Azure Functions and Power Platform integration. • End-to-end solution delivery experience. • Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams. • Strong stakeholder and communication skills. • Copilot Studio experience (or willingness to upskill). • Power Platform Centre of Excellence knowledge. • Enterprise governance and best practices. • Experience delivering large-scale enterprise solutions. • Consultancy or professional services background. • Microsoft Power Platform certifications. • Mentor and support junior consultants while providing technical leadership and promoting best practice across delivery teams.
