Job description

The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, support and maintenance of the Trust's Allocate workforce management systems, ensuring users receive a responsive and effective support service. Working closely with Medical Resource Officers, managers and service users, the post holder will provide advice and guidance on system functionality and rostering processes, resolve technical and user queries, maintain system configuration and data quality, and support the implementation of new functionality and system enhancements. The role will deliver training to staff, develop and maintain user guidance, assist with testing and upgrades, and produce routine and ad-hoc reports to support workforce management and operational decision-making. The post holder will liaise with the system supplier to facilitate issue resolution and ensure that system changes and updates are implemented effectively. The post holder will also support the development of rostering best practice across the Trust, contribute to workforce systems projects and service improvement initiatives, and provide day-to-day line management and support to the Allocate Administrator.
