Required Skills and Experience: • Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-pressure environment. • Experience of Software Development and Customer Support. • Experience with SQL databases. • Knowledge of System Monitoring Solutions. • Experience supporting bespoke applications. • Familiarity with system monitoring solutions. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
