You'll communicate with empathy and organise support based on their policy. Your pathway will help you achieve and industry recognised Chartered Insurance Institute Qualification, but you will also gain new knowledge and skills such as: • Learning more about insurance - what it is, how it supports our customers, what we do to deliver on our promises to our customers, and how the insurance market functions • Developing relationship management skills.
