What's on Offer? • £50.00 per hour • Monday to Friday working pattern • Fixed shift: 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm • Temporary contract with an immediate start • Supportive team and efficient recruitment process • Dedicated consultant providing support throughout your assignment Key Responsibilities • Undertake Mental Health Act assessments in line with current legislation and statutory guidance. • Work collaboratively with health professionals, emergency services, and partner agencies. • Make informed decisions to safeguard individuals experiencing mental health crises. • Maintain accurate case records and complete statutory documentation. • Deliver person-centred interventions while promoting the least restrictive options wherever possible. Requirements • Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work qualification. • Current Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) qualification and approval. • Experience undertaking Mental Health Act assessments. • Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and relevant legislation. • Excellent communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
