About the Role: When a vulnerable young person has experienced trauma, they do not need supervision-they need a steady anchor. We are seeking compassionate Support Workers in Gateshead to step into a young person's world, understand the trauma behind complex behaviours, and help build a safer, brighter future. Transferable Roles: Ideal for candidates with experience as a Children's Support Worker or in roles such as: Youth Worker, Residential Childcare Worker, Therapeutic Support Worker, Family Support Worker, or Youth Mentor.
