• Advanced assessment , including full physical assessment. • Early recognition and management of AKI (including SHOUT bundle) • Supporting Early identification and treatment of sepsis. • Interpretation of blood tests, and clinical investigations. • Fluid assessment and optimisation. • Formulating and escalating treatment plans. • Medication review within scope of practice. • Delivering clinical education to multidisciplinary teams. • Supporting safe discharge and followup for AKI patients. • Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork. • Ability to work autonomously across other areas.
