Job Title: Furniture Maker Location: Swindon Salary: £13.36 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Furniture MakerResponsive Personnel are looking for a skilled and reliable Furniture Maker to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering consistent weekday hours in a friendly and professional workshop environment. Responsibilities: • Manufacture high-quality bespoke and production furniture. • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently. • Assemble, sand, finish, and inspect completed products. • Maintain a clean and organised workspace. • Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Requirements: • Previous experience in furniture making, cabinet making, or bench joinery. • Ability to use a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools. • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
