Assistant Lettings Manager | West London
I'm currently working with one of London's most established and respected estate agency brands, to recruit an ambitious Assistant Lettings Manager.

The Opportunity This role would suit an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator, Senior Lettings Consultant or existing Assistant Lettings Manager who's ready to take the next step with a market-leading agency.
Working alongside an experienced Lettings Manager, you'll play a key role in growing the branch's lettings business, winning instructions, carrying out market appraisals and helping to lead a successful team.
You'll be responsible for:
• Winning new lettings instructions and growing the branch's market share.
• Carrying out rental valuations and converting opportunities into new business.
• Supporting the Lettings Manager with the day-to-day running of the department.
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers through to successful completion.
• Delivering an exceptional level of customer service to landlords and tenants.
• Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation.
• Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team where required.
What They're Looking For The successful candidate will have:
• At least 2 years' experience within residential lettings.
• Current experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Senior Lettings Consultant or Assistant Lettings Manager.
• A strong track record of winning new business.
• Proven listing and valuation experience.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• A proactive, target-driven attitude with the ambition to progress.
• A full UK driving licence.
