Assistant Manager – Flexible Workspace Office, Crawley Are you an organised, customer-focused professional with excellent people skills? We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy flexible workspace in Crawley. About the Role As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients workspace runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for our members and visitors. You'll support the Office Manager with operational duties, customer service, and keeping everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the daily management of the flexible workspace. • Welcome members, visitors, and prospective clients in a friendly and professional manner. • Handle enquiries, office administration, and meeting room bookings. • Support sales by conducting workspace tours and converting enquiries into memberships. • Ensure the office environment remains clean, organised, and fully operational. • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers. • Support community engagement by helping organise networking events and member activities. • Assist with invoicing, reporting, and general business administration. • Provide leadership and support to the team in the manager's absence. About You • Previous experience in an office, hospitality, retail, or customer service management role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. • Confident using Microsoft Office and standard business software. • A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative. • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
