The Role As an Audit & Accounts Senior, you'll play a key role within the team, managing a varied client portfolio while leading audits from planning through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: • Leading audits from planning through to completion. • Preparing statutory accounts for Limited Companies, LLPs and Group entities under FRS 102. • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries. • Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact. • Delegating work to junior team members and supporting their development. • Reviewing work completed by trainees and providing constructive feedback. • Attending and leading client planning and completion meetings. • Working closely with Managers and Partners to deliver exceptional client service. • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value for clients. About You You'll ideally have: • ACA or ACCA qualification (or be qualified by experience). • At least 3 years' experience within an accountancy practice in an Audit & Accounts role. • Experience leading audits from planning through to completion. • Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounts preparation. • Excellent communication and client relationship skills. • Experience reviewing junior team members' work and mentoring others. • Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software such as CCH Accounts Production and CCH Audit Automation. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
