They're now looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Accounts & Audit Senior in Harrow who is looking for a varied role, genuine responsibility and clear progression. This position offers an excellent mix of accounts and audit work, giving you exposure to a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, partnerships and limited companies. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting client relationships, mentor junior staff and play a key role in delivering a high-quality service. What you'll be doing: • Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders. • Supporting and completing audit assignments alongside senior colleagues. • Managing client queries and building strong long-term relationships. • Reviewing accounts and audit work completed by junior team members. • Coaching and developing trainees within the team. • Working closely with managers across a varied client portfolio. What they're looking for: • ACA / ACCA qualified or qualified by experience. • Previous experience within an accountancy practice. • Strong accounts preparation and audit experience. • Excellent communication and client-facing skills. • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines. • A collaborative approach and the confidence to support junior colleagues.
