As Audit Senior, you will lead audit assignments from planning through to completion across a varied and technically interesting portfolio of clients, building direct client relationships and playing an active role in the development of the junior members of the team around you. Key Responsibilities • Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion across a varied client portfolio • Preparing and reviewing audit files, ensuring work meets the highest technical standards • Supervising and coaching junior members of the audit team on assignments • Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the audit process • Communicating audit findings and recommendations clearly to managers and partners • Keeping up to date with developments in UK auditing standards and financial reporting Requirements • ACA or ACCA qualified, or close to qualification, with a strong audit background • At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment • Proven experience leading audit assignments and supervising junior team members effectively • Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident client-facing manner • Well organised with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously
