Job description

A leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Leeds is looking to appoint an experienced Audit Manager with a strong not-for-profit background into a role that sits at the heart of a well-regarded and growing specialist team, and we are pleased to be supporting them in finding the right individual for this genuinely compelling opportunity, with flexible working, a company pension, and much more on offer. Crowe Watson Recruitment understands that not-for-profit audit is a distinct and specialist discipline, and the team brings a genuine appreciation of that specialism to every search it undertakes in this space. Rather than treating sector experience as an afterthought, Crowe Watson actively seeks out candidates whose background and expertise is a true and considered match for the opportunity in front of them, and that precision in the way searches are approached is something both candidates and clients in the not-for-profit space have come to value highly. If this is your area of expertise, Crowe Watson is well placed to help you find the right next step. Leeds has a thriving and well-established not-for-profit sector, encompassing charities, housing associations, educational institutions, and social enterprises, and this firm has built a strong and well-respected audit practice that serves a broad and varied portfolio of organisations across that landscape. The firm offers a clear and well-supported pathway to senior manager level, a purpose-driven and collaborative team culture, and genuine long-term career development for any ambitious audit professional who is serious about building a career at the forefront of not-for-profit assurance. You might not meet all the criteria, but if you are passionate about developing yourself and your career, we’d love to hear from you. Crowe Watson is acting as an Employment Agency.
