Audit Senior - £47,000 to £52,000 - Beaconsfield Looking for an Audit Senior role where you're trusted to lead, not just follow instructions? This is an opportunity to join a well-established and forward-thinking firm where Audit Seniors are given real responsibility - leading engagements, managing client relationships, and developing junior staff, rather than being stuck in a narrow delivery role. The Role - Audit Senior As an Audit Senior, you will: • Lead audits from planning through to completion • Supervise and review the work of junior team members • Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the audit process • Prepare and review financial statements in line with UK standards • Assess risk and evaluate internal controls • Ensure audits are delivered efficiently, on time and to a high standard This is a hands-on Audit Senior position where you'll be trusted to run your own jobs and make decisions. What You'll Need To be successful as an Audit Senior, you will have: • Experience working in an accountancy practice in an audit-focused role • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards • Experience leading audits and managing workflow • Confidence dealing directly with clients • Either ACA/ACCA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience Exposure to more complex areas such as group audits, acquisitions, IFRS or restructures would be beneficial.
