The successful candidate will take a leading role in planning, executing, and finalising audit assignments across a diverse portfolio of clients, spanning various sectors and turnover sizes. You’ll work closely with Audit Managers and Partners, supervising junior members of staff and ensuring audits are completed efficiently, to a high standard, and in line with current auditing standards. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and finalise statutory audits for a varied client portfolio • Supervise and support junior audit team members on assignments • Liaise directly with clients to build strong working relationships • Identify areas for process improvement and add value during audits • Report findings to Audit Managers and Partners in a clear, timely manner Requirements • ACA/ACCA qualified or nearing qualification • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment • Strong technical audit knowledge and understanding of current auditing standards • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
