The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, driving business development opportunities, and supporting the development of team members while ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit and advisory services What you will be doing as an Audit Senior Manager • Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients across a range of industries. • Assist in the effective management and running of the audit department. • Contribute to workflow planning and resource allocation across the team. • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. • Support the firm's strategic growth objectives through business development activities. What you will need to succeed as an Audit Senior Manager • ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification. • Strong audit experience gained within a professional practice environment. • Experience managing a portfolio of audit clients. • Working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP. • Experience auditing clients across a variety of industries and sectors. • Strong technical accounting and compliance knowledge. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills. • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
