AWS Cloud Architect - Gaming/Gambling - Contract Inside IR35

We’re looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Architect to support a key piece of cloud work in the North East. The client needs someone who can quickly review what has been delivered so far, assess the current AWS architecture, identify any issues or gaps, and help shape a stronger, better-architected plan moving forward. Experience in the gaming or gambling sector is ESSENTIAL This is a hands-on architecture role suited to someone who can come in, add immediate value, bridge internal skills gaps, and provide clear direction. What you’ll be doing: • Reviewing the current AWS environment and architecture • Assessing what has been built so far and identifying risks, gaps or issues • Recommending improvements and a clearer architectural approach • Helping deliver a more robust, scalable and secure cloud plan What we’re looking for: • Strong AWS lakehouse architecture experience • Proven background reviewing and improving cloud environments • Ability to assess, challenge and advise at pace • Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong communication and documentation skills Due to the requirement, we can only consider those available immediately or a very short notice
